This problem happens often. you should change the IP and use an anti-detection browser
 
Your ad account is involved in unusual activity or use of ads for the offending item. Warm them up and use anti-detection browsers.
 
I'm still running ads at the moment and I've noticed a few things as follows.
for new campaigns you need to prepare a clean environment including proxy and facebook resources this I have shared about it before.
Your product must be a clean product that has weathered many facebook storms. if it's a BH product, keep your daily budget temporarily at 20$ and will increase after stabilizing
 
it is the same situation for most of accs recently :( if changing proxy does not help, u can lower the volume to make loss as little as possible
