I don't know. How do you do that? Adding TikTok videos / ads? Building / selling to businessmen?
It depends on what you do.
If you get $1000 / day from a healthy business, it's not frustrating.
If you battle some fraud systems, well, I and many people would give up quickly.
Although your perception matters. I felt bad making 10 times what I make now. So... money isn't magic that makes you superman.

1. Find how to get cheap US customers to your site. This is the hardest step as you'll have to understand where is the opportunity.
2. Tell them to enter email, so they get a job or anything they might need at a time. If they come from an adult website, give them premium adult materials. If they come from a job website, give them a list of jobs from their location / their dream remote job.
An offer that pays for submitting an email you'll find in CPA networks.
Everyone is already doing that, so you need to find a unique traffic source / angle.
For example, instead of targeting USA, target Australia or Denmark.
