The $100,000 USD Client Problem - Need advice

I run a very large software company that help company create custom gfx and unix software to mass market into their client niche and realm. So we recently close a 100k USD deal with an inc500 company and one of the problem we having with them, We started and they ask for daily report on how the programming going. So 2 month pass the software near competition and they had one of my project manger schedule a flight to their office where they are base, So we bought a flight ticket using jetblue and we end up going over the client office, After we enter the door of the 500k square ft building that was so huge, We enter our pin to enter the door and we went to the client main floor 3rd floor where we had a board of meeting and showing the report. As we was showing the report how we experiencing couple bug's migrating the client database to format a completely new cms that our company create to work well with java and php. We explain that to the client and book they was happy, till this happen.

After our project manger finish the report, we went to sit by the client that was a female, She look deep into my project manger eyes and started touching him inappropriately, Here my question Should we file a lawsuit or let increase our fee for special touching service.

What was she doing? Maybe it was not appropriate to someone with different customs? I'm not sticking up for her. Just making sure that it wasn't a cultural thing before I give my two cents worth.
 
i mean it sounds cultural first of all. No offense but your obviously not american so i would explain how she touched him. Did she shake his hand or smack his ass

I'd go with option 2 "fee for special touching service. " That should shore up your 100k and keep em back back for more.
 
Jealous or something? Unless you're thinking you're looking at ( What is, an extremely a hole ish ) a way to claim some money ( that will most likely (definitely ) run down both of your companys finances), just man up, realize this is human behavior and don't overthink it.

I guess you could put it down to just human behaviour

There are a number of things, it could just be her out of control, but there could be other intentions... if your guy went along with it she could then claim to say he harassed her?

I wouldn't take it to court though, one womans actions shouldn't break a relationship with such a big company.
