That's my situation, please share some ideas

I am an experienced developer - almost I know all web-based languages
I have access to enough VPS/ Servers to run as many sites or servers as I want..
My English is fine
also I got like 5k- 6k budget to start.

But there is an issue, I am in a country that is under sanction and I can not create legal accounts on many websites ( ads platforms, freelance, banks, etc )
However, I could solve this issue somehow ( u know, the underground world ) but it is not perfect
I am checking the forum daily and soon I attend to the marketplace and summit my marketplace's thread.

Besides all my research I need to hear some ideas/ suggestions from those who already started this and made money from these methods on the making-money.
I need a little more advice, any kind of helpful suggestions are welcome.

Buy proxies to some of your servers, and farm accounts from there.

Use latest OS of whatever you wish and Chrome I guess.

How to make money? Create and maintain as much accounts as possible.

1 gmail gives you access to all social platforms.

You will have to cover many things to make things work effective.

You need to SMS verify each Gmail, see how many accounts you want to run per proxy per vps, anti-detect browsers, custom tools, list is almost endless.
