In Germany you can buy a reviews removal service:
A lawyer sends customers an email claiming they never been to the place, remove it now or we’ll sue you.
Customers don’t want trouble and remove (or can’t prove cause they dont keep receipts from every falafel place they go to)

Yeah, I usually threaten clients that I'll sue them if they post a negative review, so far only one 1-star review lol. So yeah.
