That bst edu and gov backlinks

Hey blaxkahtters, I saw a thread in the market place that provides gov and edu links for about 100 for 5 links and the customer must provide an article 500-700 words. Im trying to search for for it and couldn't find it. If you know the link to the thread please let me know
