Hey friends, i found one domain but i'm afraid if that anchor is spam....

see that:
N3FxHbN
DRHsPFL

Looking good stats:
TF 22
CF 22
DA 28
PA 37
--------------------------------------

98% of the backlinks is to brand url domain... the stats is good, have good TF but i'm afraid to buy because that anchor...

what you think?

I think it should be okay. The one that cause penalty is spamming the "keyword-rich" anchor text. Brand, naked, generic KW is fine I guess.
The stats look good. It's not easy (at least for me) to find TF & CF > 20.. Go for it.

Go for it!
The brand URL domain at 98% anchor isn't a problem. The 1% anchor text you are worried about is not a problem... If you do decide to buy it and that 1% does bother you, you can dilute it by building other backlinks, or you can attempt to get the backlinks removed for thar anchor text.

Yes looking good that domain.... the only problem 98% of anchor text is domain.com i don't know if it is spam...

That domain was probably not spammed or you'd have tens of other footprints, various keywords and not just the domain name and no-anchor. But there's only one way to really find out ;) - Build it!

From my point of view, it's kinda natural. Imagine if people find some really good site, normally people will want to link them by stating their brand/site name or generic urls right?
Just check the referring domain, and see whether it's a real site or just a bunch of spammy/crappy site?
You can disavow links that you think spammy.
Let see what others have to say on this.

One thing you should check is this anchor "visit poster website". if it is spammed with GSA, it will have that anchor.

It sounds like a perfect domain to rank. You have "1st layer" of anchor free backlinking done. Now start mixing it up and you should rank it in no time unless there is more in the picture...

I would suggest you to keep out of foreign Chinese or Japanese anchors. Coz the 1% in your image shows a chinese anchor. Alternatively you can head check the backlink pages and see where it is linked

I bought that domain and i'll see the results, thanks all for answers!
