since my heart attack 6 weeks ago, ive been 95% afk BHW since
end of Nov. I just wanted to throw a quick thanks to a few pms ive had
wishing me well.

I shall just say, i had a great Christmas, havnt smoked in 6 weeks, QUIT.
completely changed my diet. the 4 stents are working so far so good
im just glad to still be around.

Giving the smokes is both one of the hardest things to do but also one of the most rewarding.

Glad you’re on the mend @proxygo and it’s amazing to hear that you’ve quit smoking etc. I guess it will take time for your body to heal from the heart attack and also it will take a long time probably for you to fee the benefits of no longer smoking but that’s gonna gradually make you feel better and better and you’ll be a lot healthier for it and for the diet changes.

Here’s to good times to come in 2021!!!!

@davids355 as long as those stents keep my 2 heart valves open
ill be around for a while. it was bad diet and smoking that clogged
both my heart arteries and blocked them that caused this.
now its all about the stents keep them open
