I know that I have not posted many times and two weeks have been zero posts but now I just wanted to thank everyone in here!
BHW forum has given so great information and MOTIVATION to me.

I started a company with my friend about website design.. or resell.. don't know what is the right name for it. Basicly we buy in themeforest and then modify and sell packages with websites and internet marketing such as facebook, adwords. We started to provide basic seo in our country and it's all going ok from the first day. Soon going to use fiverr for logo resell (also heard that in this forum) It's good to save time.
You just need to take action!!
I know that we are just starting but when we get up and running I'm going to give some back to this forum

I'm so happy!! We started in Valentine's day but just 3 days before started to provide service. So far we have made 2 calls and both ended with meeting and contract in our pocket Tomorrow is going to be another meeting. As for now we need to make 2 sites and as I thought it's going to be easy..well.. it is not because of my another job and school.

Tip for buying themes. Look the ones what are at least 2 months old. We bought just released theme which is great theme but it's full of bugs and our work is damaged because of the updates and bugs. I hope they will make last update tomorrow so we can finish our first job.

We hope to leave our dayjob soon and only commit to our business

Congrats on taking action buddy. If I could offer you a little advice on your theme buying. Try and specialise in 2-3 themes or even better choose a theme company such as Woo-gorilla-elegant etc and only use those themes. Once you learn how one companies themes work you will be able to knock out hassle free sites in 3-5 hours and wont be scratching your head when a client sends you a list of requests.

Fiverr is great for cheap logos but the quality is limited. Pretty soon you will get a client that wants to spend a few quid and the difference between a $5 and $50 logo can make all the difference. Worth your while touching base with some of the graphics sellers with bsts, maybe use their example pages to upsell to clients.

Yep, we were thinking of that, but right now we need to build our portfolio so we are using a lot of different kind themes so clients can see our portfolio. And when we are done with that we try to find the best themes to modify and stick with that. At least til we hire a developer
About the logos, I handle ps so I thought if I get the psd file from fiverr seller I can change it if my client want. Ofc we are not going to accept the logo if it's crap We live in country where we have 1,3million people so if the word goes out, it's out. We need to make the best we can and the fastest way we can. In the end of this year we dream to hire a developer and then we can focus on more sales and modification, he/she can help us with the theme installation
