Seriously, i seen so many advices about to use this tools carefully, like: "but must know exactly what you are doing" or "you have to really know how to use this tool otherwise will cause more harm than good". Why not: "take care blackhaters" or "god be with you" ?

Just do what everyone does test and figure out what works for you. I can tell you use program A for 10,000 hits every 24 hours and you'll be safe, but what about if in your testing you only get 2,000 hits a day and get flagged? The point is what's good for one person isn't good for another person. Everyone get's flagged and fucked at different times and everyone has different experiences. The internet is so crazy it's not always easy to replicate someone else's success with the exact same technique.
