Either bhw server cpu has 32 bits or the sql maximum is 32bit.
The maximum integer (number) it can produce, in it's virtual memory so without actually storing it, is 4,294,967,295.

So it's a runaway script that causes it to go to the maximum number.
Seeing that it only happens to few it's not likely to be a code bug.
It's probably more coincidence.
You click the thank button and at the exact same time a admin execution is preformed by either the server or the sql.
Or in other words.........YOU broke it.
The repair bill will be send to your address.
How noble of you to point it out.
