whats the best way to scale up? I have 3 channels already and its hard to manage them all :)

Channel 1 has around 60 videos
channel 2 has around 95 videos
Channel 3 has around 30 videos

Im currently uploading about 2 or 3 videos per day per channel.

Ive thought about setting up a Zazzle store to sell priducts relating to my niche to my viewers. T-shorts, mugs etc. But do you think people will get p*ssed with seeing my trying to push them?

Any other ideas?
