Im planning to start collecting mailing list..but read somewhere they said emailist are almost dead since the open rate is to low comparing the years before..many suggesting to collect leads using fanpages..im too curious to know,

im planning to collect emails from adwords and promote them with clickbank affiliates...
can u give me some advice on the landing pages(how to get good opt in),top niches and how to follow the prospects..
