Thank you bhw!

I have seen so many threads here that ask, ask ,ask, and nowhere near enough thanks. Ive seen threads get thousands of views, and the most informative answers only get a couple thanks. Come on people, hit that button... It only takes half a second, and it shows true appreciation, and makes people want to help more (knowing they are appreciated). It kinda reminds me of something.... I have always prayed whenever i needed something and asked god for whatever it may be at the time. A few months ago, when my baby girl almost died, I prayed to god and didnt ask him for one single thing, I just thanked him for saving her. Then I realized that was my problem the whole time (too many requests - not enough thanks) So when someone posts something useful, give them thanks, and maybe even rep (for those who can rep) With that being said, Thank you bhw, thank you jr. vip's, thank you mods, and even the newbies that contrribute. Thanks

You pointed towards right face that we Have a very long list of requests to God that is never going to end yet we dont say thanks to God

Simple words like these shows a man / woman's true value.

I did read the OP's entire post and like I wrote I agree with him more thanks should be given to people that really contribute to this place so they and others will be encourage to contribute more to BHW and making it an even better place.

On almost a daily basis now I try and contribute with either TipsnTricks or just giving the n00bies a helping hand in figuring something out. I strongly believe in giving back.

Since I got the oppertunity now I want to again thank BHW and its entire community for being so open and willing to share information *Big thumbs up*.

I am also so very thankful - this forum has changed my perspective on so many things and I am actually taking action for one of the 1st times in my life...

@valento - what dxseo was trying to tell you is the point the OP was making is that people should use the "thanks button" when they find a good post. So many people read good threads and never hit the "thanks button" on the best posts and replies.

dxseo was pointing out that this thread isn't about how helpful BHW is or how thankful we all are to everyone in general. We all know how helpful it is and most everyone is thankful for that. This is the part dxseo was refering to when he asked if you read the first post:

In other words he's reminding people they should use the "thanks" BUTTON when they read a useful post. (or even the "rep" BUTTON if it's really really good).

I couldnt have said it better myself For instance: At this point, I have been thanked 70 times, but i have thanked 101 people, When I see something helpful, I dont hesitate to hit the thanks and rep buttons. Also to add to the importance, It also helps people know who's comments to watch for. Meaning, if 2 people give advise and one has been thanked 0 times, with a rep of 6, and the other has been thanked 1000 times with a rep of 30, who's advise would you rather take? I think I would go with the one who everyone has approved... And how do they approve? Thanks and rep
