All buyers are protected through the forum which is a big plus to buying things from elsewhere. There are some hidden gems also in marketplace.

BHW also has BS sellers. I won't name any, but they are there. Be careful when you are buying anything from anywhere for that matter. Mods can only check the initial offering. They can't verify everything

Thanks for the advice. I guess my appreciation is coming more so as a seller and not a buyer. I should have clarified that.

Correct the Marketplace Mods who review, can only review what is sent to them. However if services / products don't match what is offered we have the option to mediate and help get refunds / replacements.

That is what shit list is meant for. Some mods are including comments in review like "If the service offered is different as described, let us know. " .BHW also has BS sellers. Yepp exactly man. If I was a seller here, I will obviously provide my best service for the review copy (or my thread won't be even alive). Will I be honest with my customers after that? That depends on who I'm.
I go by the theory that prevention is better than cure. Additionally, I always use credit card to buy anything from anywhere.. I also do my due diligence before buying (doesn't have to be bhw ) anything. I have never had to charge back, but I did have a few sour purchases which I did not like. Hope you get what I'm saying

This is considered forum feedback.
You know, I've started leaving messages both during my reviews and at the bottom of my reviews that state the following:
During the review
After the review (at the bottom of my "thread approved" messages)
Both of these messages are meant to deter sellers from providing their best services only to the moderators and subpar services to their customers. Before you ask, users do report drops in quality, and in fact I have a couple of reports I've assigned to myself about that.
