My journey after discovering this amazing forum.
2005 up till 2006 after spending around 1 year doing PPC and wasting all that time for pennies I went on a different route, building my first website. Lol I didn't know anything but I took the plunge and created what I call a step in the right direction.
I've spend 1 year and 6 months just typing my hard out (like I said knew nothing about SEO, keyword research, backlinks etc....so I decided to sell it on flippa and got $400 for the site.
That is when I've found BHW and decided to create another website. Got most of the information right here on this forum and a few other sources which I've combined and my second site was going in the right direction.
As most of us know stuff always get in the way and had to sell it once again on Flippa for $2200 which is a nice amount in my country (South Africa). Had that site for just under 1 year.
So it got my thinking, if I could do it once why don't I just replicate what I did and created site number 3 sold it on Flippa six months later for $1500. Created site number 4 sold it on Flippa for $2500 in just 7 months.
This is where it is getting interesting. I've been telling a few people about what I've done and accomplised over the years and I've already got two clients where I teach them how to build websites and do affiliate marketing right here at my home in my garage. Another 2 clients will be signing up at the end of the month.
I just needed to thank this wonderful forum for all the oppertunities it gave me.
