No its not...its cheap but its not the best beach in Europe ( its not even near ) lol

If you want to stay near the sea /beautiful beach you can live at Pattaya city/Phuket Province /Krabi Province/Trat Province/
Satun Province/Surat thani Province etc....
The school and Hospital are good ;there are many international school.
The internet connexion is good now more 2.5 Gb (2,500 Mbps).
People are friendly and helpful.
