In my point of view, both are more important for PBNs. If RD from quality blogs is high, the authority also high.

TF is shit. Just go with RDs and check the wayback and anchors.

Without a doubt PBN is the best option and route in my opinion.
Its best for one reason: it helps in building back-links to your website in a fast and efficient way.
After all, backlinks are a key component in how websites are ranked by search engines such as Google.

TF matters much in PBNs. TF can be gained through a single backlink also.
RD can be spammy also, and 1000 backlinks also can't make a good TF of a domain
