Tf is Gumroad doing?

I made a gumroad account since somebody here said they don't do any verification checks on what you are selling, since I sell copyrighted ebooks.
And the first sale I get my account goes under review. I messaged the support and they asked me If Im selling ebooks I didnt make, so I said: "yes, Im a reseller." and said that I'll go back to shopify if i don't get approved.
They then ignored me and now i get a message that my payout will be on 2nd of June, but my account is still under review.

Has anyone recently used gumroad? Will I need a ID verification if I withdraw to PayPal? If they reject me where should I go, should I try Selly.io?

Last year my account was under review for 2 months and they need only my bank account to send the money without any verification. I don't know how it works with paypal.
They have not ignored you, they just follow a long procedure.
If you leave, gumroad will not cry after you... try to be patient because being patient is also a virtue.
 
They need to verify your first sale after that everything will be good
+ if you are not from usa or UK you will get paid by PayPal
 
Gumroad has been going downhill for months. Check out Lemon Squeezy, a lot of people I know made the swap, and it's only getting better every week

man it looks nice, do they have their own payment gateway or you need stripe ?

Are you still on Gumroad? I heard they were getting stricter on copyrighted books.
 
So, they don't have a problem with copyright books? I thought they don't allow them.
