Every time I tried to create am textnow account it said account creation failed, anyone know why?

It depends if you are creating a lot of account or have already created several account from same device you are already ban from creating new ones, in case you havent created any accs, contact their support
 
you cant read sms message in free account, so how does it usefull ?

Not bulk creation, not even one successful account creation
 
Talking to their support should be the first thing you did.
