Spceechelo is decent, all their marketing revolves around having a human-sounding voice, but its far from perfect

I also heard, Speechlo is good. But it requires a bit of a learning curve.

Some of the newer macOS voices are pretty good. Try the Scottish or Australian ones. You have to let your system download them as they are extras.

try using neural voices from ibm or just use ordinary voices + audacity filters to make them look less fake

I just tried out Natural Reader. It still sounds like a computer talking. Was there a particular voice there you felt was better than the others?

As others have said, Amazon Polly is meant to be the best "Text to Speech" solution.
However, I suggest you just hire a V.A in US, UK or CA to do the voice over.
That way, you get a perfect accent, and a natural sounding voice over - even if you aren't a native speaker!
Most people on upwork will charge $25/hour for this sort of work. It is a little expensive as naturally the freelancers will be located in Tier 1 countrires.
But, if you want the highest quality videos with the best chance of success, a VA is the way to do it.
