Whats the best text to speech out there? As human as possible preferably with a british voice.

I also recommend this , be sure to use Mozilla if you want to download the sound files

Either Mozilla or Google Chrome incognito , after you hear the audio there should be a 3 dots button right of the audio bar that lets you download
