Text to Speach to Dragon

Is there a way to auto connect a text to speech program and run it through Dragon Naturally Speaking? What is a good text to speech program?

I guess my idea was to queue up a bunch of articles, let the text to speech speak it into Dragon and basically create many unique articles on autopilot all day while I am out chasing pussy.

assuming this worked, wouldn't the articles it produced just be exact copies of the material you already had?

and if it's text like from a magazine, why not just use some sort of OCR software?
