I know that auto-dialing text mailers are illegal, what what about for non-profit organizations? I dont have a lawyer that I can ask, and quite frankly, I don't have the money to pay one to find out.
What do you think? Could a non-profit advertise using auto-dialing software? Or do you think a non-profit would have to pay for the mobile leads? I also wonder how much trouble a person would get in if they were to use an auto-dialing software?
