Text blocks from the content that appear on several pages

Hi, greetings all.
On a site I am working on now (and getting ready to write a journal about it. Nothing great but my first REAL attempt. anyway)
I am getting this error ( on a SEO auditing site)
" Text blocks from the content that appear on several pages "
Above the Header of every page, I have the same text. It's the definition of the name of my domain. Will this affect my rankings as it appears as duplicated content ? or I can ignore the warning?

I doubt a small text like that would have any real impact on your SEO, search engines evolved way beyond this for quite some time.

I was thinking about converting it to an image, although i prefer the text.

An image might work as well, or you might want to try and make it unique somehow for each page it displays, like adding some more content to it, rephrasing it or something like that. I'd do this last though, there's a lot more important stuff to do and this should really make not much difference
