My very first Shit List thread...

All of you that do know me, know that I am easy going person, and I would never start this unless there is a huge risk to BHW community and damage to me.

Ordered Articles for me from Tetsuya121/Bruce Casper. He seem to be reliable writer and gave me some background to think of him as of professional.

I gave him task to handle and he happily accepted.
We agreed that he will be paid as of order completion.

After some time I propose him that he will receive 25% bonus if he will deliver before Saturday Midnight, as I noticed he is slow with getting them made and I needed them ASAP.

He happily agree with that.

On Saturday midnight I received articles.
They were good quality, but I asked my PA to check if they make any sense. He got paid PayPal as a gift (I always send as a gift whenever possible, to save % for my employees, and let them have more $$$ from job for me).

She run Copyscape and we find out that almost half of them are of poor quality.
This includes record breaker - 1 article was only 1% unique...

We agreed before that articles will be minimum 70% unique and make complete sense and will be readable and will stay under the radar (will look real).

I expected high quality, and received crap.

So after pointing this out to him (I never asked for refund etc) he agreed to fix them. After few hours I get another pack of articles that were fixed. Again, half of the fixed ones were copy/paste stuff.

I get my staff to work on them which costs me money and a lot of time/workforce.

Today I contacted him and asked him for 40% refund to cover part of my losses, time, and premium he got.

Here is a chat conversation (I blanked sensitive information with XXX):

[00:20:46] Bart XXX: Hi man. I run tests on "repaired" articles and decided this is not good. From articles that you have been asked to repair almost half are not copyscape. Still same crappy quality as before. I am looking for XXX refund due to service not being finished. This will refund XXX bonus that you have received for fast delivery, and XXX for delay and bad articles that I cant use. You will still get paid for XXX articles which is more than enough. Let me know if you are OK with this.

Its not about money really.
I don't care about it as much as of other damage done.

It is all about poor quality, stress, and problems I am exposed now because of that.
During last days I am up 18 hours a day fixing this...
I warn you to not do any business with this guy.

I dont like to talk about exact numbers, but much more than 1 ;)
It was huge batch of articles really.
There was in line order for another batches.

Huge amount of content...

Yeah I exploded. I will admit that. I'm not going to lie. I admit the first time I bullshitted but the second time I made sure those articles passed copyscape. Idk how the next day 2 out of 40 failed to pass copyscape by 18 words. You can also see in that conversation, I attempted to revise the articles that failed. He didn't want to so there was nothing else I could.

I already apologized I dont know what else ya want from me Bart.

Gees, an article writer that wants repeat business should always be running his articles through copyscape before he gives them to a client. It is just too risky not to.

Do not mess a place which you don't give a fuck. So do not make any business here? If you are not able to pass 40 articles from Copyscape then don't give a fuck about selling articles. You are suited to better employments.

-You my taking safety measures when night is burglar-enemy is risk- type of text is not quality one.
Even if half is OK, rest is just a shit.
I know that probably you get 2 articles from Ezine and just made 1 from them.
But this will not work for me.
I am glad that my other writer is good, and my team is really hard working to fix this.
Hopefully rewriting will finish today, and I can get back to normal.
 
Bruce, You should be ashamed of yourself man! ExtraWinner is being so polite with you and he gave you a chance to fix your mistake, but you didn't give a fuck about it and tried to scam him again.

Trust me, if you continue to be the way you are.. not giving a fuck about stuff and just trying to scam money out of people, you really are going to a big failure in life. I suggest you apologize to ExtraWinner and BHW members, here in this thread, AND refund him all the money.. not just the 40%. If, I were you, I would have apologized, refunded full amount and send him good articles too.

BHW members are not a bot or something, we are real people who work hard to earn money. Don't scam people's hard-earned money. In my experience, if a person does stuff like this online, he will do it offline with other people too and get arrested for a lot of bad stuff.

PS- I wouldn't have written this long reply, but after seeing ExtraWinner being so polite and respectful, I felt bad for what you did to him and had to reply to this thread.

You flatout admitted you bullshitted the guy when you originally sent him the content so let the banhammer fall where it may...

It's a good thing BHW doesn't have a flagging system. I fear Tetsuya121 would have been flagged out of BHW within minutes.
