Testing The Waters

Hi everyone. I'm fairly new here, but I've been lurking and reading for the last few months. I haven't posted much, because I'm trying to make it a goal of mine to offer more than I take, and I'm working on some free scripts that may help some of you out.

This will be my first affiliate site, so I'm definitely going to document everything.

Now, I think I came across a decent niche. At least on paper. But in that sense, it almost seems too good to be true, and I wonder how it can be an almost totally untapped market. See the picture below to understand what I mean. I plan on using Wordpress and making a page with good On-Site SEO for each keyword, and that should get them each ranked. Getting to #1, I'll have to do some Off-Site SEO.

Yes, those numbers in the photo are EXACT MATCH SEARCHES, not broad. I double and triple checked it because I didn't believe it.

I'm just asking what you guys think. Is this a too good to be true type of deal? I know it's hard for you to answer without me telling you my niche, but maybe some of you have ran across something like this before.

Monetization would be Adsense (or another company like Adsense if there are better ones?) and promoting certain affiliate programs (unless you guys have any other suggestions?).

Yeah I'd exploit the heck out of that unless there is no way to monetize it.

The only way you'll know if it works is if you go for it.

Part of this game is hitting and missing and getting a sense for what works. You certainly have the necessary tools...

Alright. I bought a domain (surprised that it was even available) that is related to all of those keywords. I'll be installing Wordpress, filling it with content, and setting up On-Site SEO. Going to give it a shot and see what happens. I won't put any adsense or affiliate banners on it just yet.
