Since few weeks I haven't been much active around here due to personal stuff so I decided to give you an exclusive access to my test results for spam SEO.

The goal - test if blasting 100s of thousands links each day can penalize site or help it?

The sites - randomly picked sites that are not seo-ed and are ranking for difficult keyword naturally.

The method - blasting 3 sites with 100s of thousands blog comments each day for next 1 month. All 3 sites are currently within first 6 pages. I am using a twist to this method so this is not usual $5 blasts.
Previous test ended highly successful (competitive keyword moved from 11 to 8 after heavy dancing).
The anchor for all backlinks will be natural names - comment itself will be exactly same for all sites with keywords stuffed.

Keyword details - 110K Exact searches. Lots of EMDs and "in domain" keywords in first 5 pages.

Rank tracking - SerpBook - I will post every so graph screen shoots.

Tools used - Scrapebox only - nothing else.

I will post tomorrow detailed info about each site (age, links, PR...).

First blast is scheduled today.

Sites are on positions 4, 36 and 42 as of now. I will try to update results each day.

Enjoy!

Awesome man, this is going to be interesting. I'll keep an eye on this thread. Thanks for doing this. :)

Thanks - this should be interesting next 2 weeks...
I forgot to add that each day I will ping and try to get all links indexed - so this should speed up whole process.

Sorry to bother with this but can you please take some time to update this thread on a daily basis.
Also one small suggestion, you should go for multiple keywords (build a large list of longtails) and let's see how it will affect ranking overall.

I will try to update daily if time allows.
As of long tails - I might start another test next week with long tails only - again, all depends on amount of time I have on my hands.

This is an interesting case study which would definitely answer those unsolved fluffy questions about scrapebox blasts. My theory is that your sites would rank especially when you are covering your sites ass by using extremely varied anchor texts and then stuffing the keywords into the comment. Good Luck with this case study I too will be looking at this one very closely :D!!!

I did a similar test to this... Pushed around 1MM blog comment links across 10 301 domains on separate hosts and registrars. It provided massive SERP movement and then caused the domain to drop PR after a few months from PR5 to PR0 and de-indexed the target domain for all keywords. :(

I also know someone who did a test more similar to yours Extra Winner, it resulted in short term gains and domain de-indexing not in top 200 for > 6 months.

Only 50K links build today due to issues with proxies. Links not pinged yet - movement noticeable already:

Site 1 - Wikipedia Page - position 4 (no change)
Site 2 - Government Site - position 34 (+2)
Site 3 - Small Private Site - not in top500 (drop from position 42)

I will ping all links now and submit another 100K+ links.

So these aren't even your sites?

No, ofc not. This is the only way to assure there is no footprint that could be left by me within one of the sites.
I keep my own network off the public eye.

Interesting thread i would like to know your results especailly after all the google's pets (pandas and penguins) being unleashed recently :) ..subscribed
