It's not crystal clear but it sounds like one or the other to me. It's not linked but still. I very well could be wrong though

No you can't have both. The rules clearly state that you can have
up to 3 text links OR a banner.

Please choose one or the other.

I have never tried to do more, so I was just going by what I have seen and what the OP had when I read this thread. Probably should have checked the rules first.
