Testing 4g proxy for Tiktok, but cellular IP is blacklisted in 7 databases

I'm testing 4g proxy service now. From Marketplace.
I got IP type is cellular and ISP is T-Mobile, however, it's blacklisted in databases.

Pixelscan says:
ISP: T-Mobile USA
Static IP Score: 0.01
User type by IP: cellular

IP is blacklisted in 7 databases:
-cbl.abuseat.org
-dnsbl.sorbs.net
-pbl.spamhaus.org
-sbl.spamhaus.org
-xbl.spamhaus.org
-zen.spamhaus.org
-dnsbl.spfbl.net

I remember that those databases are somehow related to social media platforms' blacklist?
Instagram has similar database for blacklisting.
So, does Tiktok use same blacklisting database?
This cellular IP can use for Tiktok account creation or it's already abused to avoid, but 4g proxy?

If it's a 4G Proxy then it may come with rotation option as well. 4G Proxies or mobile proxies usually come with the feature of IP rotation so check if your proxy provider gives you the option to rotate your IP and rotate the IP.
