Testimonial videos for ads

Hey, I'm looking for ways to create / buy testimonial videos for my ads on Meta. Any ideas to create realistic ads including a human talking through AI? It is important to me that the person in the ad is recurring, so far I have strugeled to "make the person look the same" in multiple ads.

Anyone who has experience in this field let me know, looking to learn and grow together!
