Testers Needed! BlogEngine Comment Poster - Posts instant do-follow links automatically.

bm009, are you using the scraper he gave out? Or are you scrapping using your own tool?

Got some advice? :)

Well I came across a problem. It said that I needed a Url after the name, so I don't know where that went... But I found my comments in several of the posts. Here are my reports

Blogs Loaded: 950
Attempted Comment Posts: 950
Comments Posted: 381
Blog Posts Failed: 483
Verified Links: 98
Awaiting Authorization: 280
Blogs Left; 0

Ok, So why are some of the posts awaiting authorization after they went through? And why do I need a URL if it is not going to be put up on the post anywhere?

For the URL Scraper, I cannot verify my license.... It just tells me
HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed

And in those bold and larger type words as well too... lol... I thought it would paste normal.

Also, When i open the scraper itself, this is what it tells me:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Any ideas on what this means???

ok
i tried both of them
for d poster, wen it says posted, i checked at the url but did not see any comments made by myself

for the scraper,
i had it running once,
later on is just gimme a 500 internal server error
and it's still on day one

just wat im facin ATM

i cant register my Client ID for the poster... getting "HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed"

Since I updated the version, it wont let me go to the register id page anymore, what do i do?

Love the blog poster, thanks for a great tool. It didn't work for me yet but I guess that was my mistake.

I tested the first version this afternoon, and it ran for hours and said that it did post and was waiting for about 40% of the list that came with it (for about 60% of the blogs it failed), but when I checked nothing was posted. Also I checked a couple blogs manually and there was actually instant approval, so no need to wait for approval.

Then I came back here and found that I did the name||url list wrong as I had a space between the name and the || and the url. So this might explain why it said it posted but didn't.

But when I restarted the poster again to try again with the correct name||url list, it asked me to upgrade to the latest version, which I did and now it doesn't work anymore, start and stop button is greyed out.

And now when I start it again it says 'an unhandled exception occured in my NET Framework'.

In the meantime I downloaded the scraper, but can't register, same HTTP 1.1 error as other users.

It looks like an excellent tool to me and I'd like to get it!

So, thanks for the great tool and the possibility to be your beta-tester, and I'm looking forward to the next steps & for the price you mentioned, it's a no brainer and I'll get it!

Sorry guys.. My crap server went down a few times yesterday.. I will move it to a dedicated server later today..

His site was down for a few hours today, the program doesn't work when his site goes down as it need to verify it's license....It should be working now...my main application is but my scraper isn't

sbw> Whats wrong with the scraper? A license problem?

Here is my result, I try only 5 blog and all fail to post. :confused:

Attachments

loaded a list of just verifieds, and even those are failing now, this is after the update

This morning I tried the poster again, upgraded version, and it works like a charm. I can see a couple comments already instantly posted, and I keep it running. Thanks again.

Now I'm going to try the scraper.

@seorebel , won't they implement nofollow once they start getting spam ? And our thread have a link to their thread and their thread have a link to our thread.They must be reading everything.

I seriously doubt all 200 sum thousand blogs that allow the posting are reading this thread.
