Test traffic for new affiliate offers?

I am launching a new affiliate offer in the coming weeks, but before I do, I want to get some test traffic to it. Not shitty traffic. Decent traffic. Ideally, email traffic that is permission-based and targeted would work. Obviously, appropriately targeted SEO traffic would work as well.

Is there a decent service out there that would provide GOOD paid traffic? Just as well, would there be a place on here to let fellow BHW members send traffic as well, if they feel so inclined?
