This is a great idea for my Thai travel site , how do you do this on a standard HTML site? , that looks like a wordpress plugin he has used for the survey, I don't know a damn thing about VB coding or whatever its is, but I want this for my site I even have my own pictures from my Expat mates :D

Sorry to bump an old thread , but this inspired me. My friend wrote some Javascript for me, to make little tests like this, so if anyone would like the script PM me and I'll gladly share it, you can make variations for just about any sort of yes/no test.
Maybe not a slick as the OP's link. I made my Quiz a little different for my buddies Tatt shop in Thailand , give it a whirl. I'm trying to get this to spread around social media or office emails forwards somehow , great idea for page views as someone mentioned earlier .
