DR dropped to 23 from 25 but traffic still increasing.I think it is not fair to keep one year results in mind, its black hat even a month of fast ranking can get some sales and then will need a bit of investment. It would be like rank for some easy high volume keywords. Convert from them and when you tank put a bit of money to get to same position again. A repeated process, if I will go greedy of just blasting and blasting without using brain and logic it would surely lead to penalty.
Keep in mind that DR has nothing to do with Google and the way Google ranks sites, it is better than DA or TF but still a third-party metric based on God knows what!

Yes of course I think that’s already implied..
If you are referring to organic traffic site was old (but not had many links on the domain) and had a blast during april by the owner. And so it hat 106 as traffic and at start I was not of the view to rank it we were blasting. After a week I saw some niche relevant high volume keywords with low comp on ahrefs coming up and I picked those and blasted. So, now organic traffic reached to 254.
