Test proxies for geo location

Does anyone know something that test proxies, if working and for their geo location?

You can test a single configured proxy on the cloakfish proxy checker.
It includes geo location (country, region, city).
But I dunno about a tool for massive testing, I'd not use web based testers if you find such because they usually steal your proxies
