Pretty sure the issue is related to some term that was included in the PM. Ended up copy-pasting the message into a document and sending that instead of using the PM field. It was probably more of a feature than a bug. If any of the mods/devs feel like looking into it, you know how to stalk my PM history (Thread is "Re: Translating URLs"). Otherwise, can probably assume the issue is resolved.
