Test captcha decoding service api

We are going to run Captcha solving service . Before run we need help from you for testing our all api its currently working or not with you .
I will add credit to your account for testing our api . Currently we have Php ,C++,Java ,VB.net,C# api .

Is there any site to register an account? i do not know how to test your service.I have searched your service: rightcaptcha, but there is no such site or service.
