1. Its not going to starting shipping until 2021, and since there is already 250,000 preorders. If I were to make a preorder today I probably wouldn't see it until 2023.(with no delays)
2. The fuel savings are not going to make up the difference in price compared to a used pickup truck.(At least 390,000 miles to make up difference without counting increased insurance costs)
3. I don't know if I will be in a place in 2023 that will have enough supercharger stations

That's Tesla's bet. No way I'm going into a car with no break pedal. We know how much systems break every day, why would I trust a truck?
In fact I don't trust autonomous vehicles at all. I'm gonna remain old school.
