Terrrible page load speed. Could be making $ on site with a WP Developer

I have a site that I haven't touched in months. Every single post is an affiliate review for products $50-200 with 6% commission on amazon. I got rejected months ago because I never made a sell, and now this is what it looks like

Then I looked at the Page Load Time: almost 4 seconds!!!

GTMetrix shows:





I know this site could bank if I could find a great Wp Developer- but freelancers on Upwork are so expensive at $40/hr.

Any suggestions where else?

So, what's the point? You want to hire someone from here? If so, please request a mod to move this thread to hire a freelancer. I can then apply for a position as well lol. It will be much cheaper than $40/hr that's all I can say.

I've done almost everything he offers by myself- Many of which are done by plugins.

But the redirects are very difficult to find. GTMetrix doesn't show the direct URL's affected.

I can try fixing it for you, but looking at the screenshot you have already posted... it will be more than just sending the scripts to the bottom and so on. Let me know if you are interested. I will do the work for $20/hr. No need to pay if I am not able to increase the speed considerably.
