Terrible problem.

So some motherfvcker negative SEOed my website. (Spammed with porn and parma anchor texts)
Could you please advise me which is better?
Use the Google disavow tool or just migrate my website to a new domain?

I'm just thinking. Let's say my websites are always targeted by negative SEO.
If you think just migrating my website is better, do you mean I should always migrate my website to a new domain every time? >.<

To be honest, this may sound harsh but you don't have too many options there. If you mean 301 migrating then it won't help you. The penalty would be transferred as well.

You have two options

1.) Try to disavow the links and pray to god for google to "forgive" you

2.) Start a new website from scratch

get a new domain do javascript redirect

also do this only if u have a severe ranking drop

Don't do anything. Most probably such Neg SEO won't succeed.

However, what Matt Cutts fails to mention in the video is that the disavow tool is not be used facetiously. Google prefers that you to try to send in a request to the webmaster to have the links remove before using the disavow tool. If this fails, then you use the disavow tool. Another thing Mr. Cutts has failed to mention is that sometimes, the disavow tool will not work. If your website already has a history of building low-quality links, the webspam team will ignore your request and give you a manual penalty anyway.

Those types of links will result in a manual penalty, but because your competitor probably only blasted your website with the generic "Viagra" and porn backlinks, I doubt you'll have to worry about much unless, for whatever reason, the webspam team gives your website a manual penalty. If your website is hit with a manual penalty, you can either work through it or switch to a new domain (do not do a 301 redirect. 301 redirects are permanent redirects that transfer 90-99% of your link juice and because of this, it will carries the risk of transferring the penalties over to your new domain. Even a temporary 302 redirect can be risky to use in this situation).
