Terrible click through rate

Hello BHW,

My site is around 4 months old and I am having some issues with my traffic. I average about 175 impressions a day but only have a 1% click-through rate Last week stats (click = 14, impressions = 1.34k CTR = 1%)

To Improve my click-through rate I changed up a few of my posts descriptions and made more eye-catching titles but it still doesn't seem to be working any tips on improving my CTR?

You need backlinks that power them up to the first rank then you’ll get more clicks

CTR depends on your rankings as well, not only impressions.

Ah ok so you are saying that due to low rankings I shouldn't be too concerned about my ctr. One i am in top 10 then focus on ctr?

Are you talking aboit adsense? If so then ranking doesn't matter you are correct you should look at you ctr vs impressions but 1 percent isnt bad 1-3percent is natural

No my organic click through rate not adsense

1 ℅ is not bad for Adsense in my opinion. It will improve with time as well.
