Terms Pages! How Do?

Hi, before populating my meme site with images I want to make sure I have a suitable terms page.

I know a lot of guys on here have their own meme site or something similar. How do you know what to write?

I live in the UK but my site is hosted in the US so I think fair use still applies.

If you use wordpress you can find few good plugin who generate it

You need to contact a Copywriter. I can personally recommend this guy called Cshark. I've used him a couple times, and he's one of the best.

Find a similar site and copy their TOS page.

Alter it to make it unique and change and links and site names to your own.
