Terms and Conditions to protect me from Giveaway monetized by CPA?

I'm interested if anyone has Terms and Conditions and/or other legal stuff which I can use to protect myself while doing the giveaway which is monetized by cpa offers?
I'm actually giving away real stuff, but I don't want to get involved in something if someone accidentally pays for 30$ pin sumbit while doing the offer to enter

There is bunch of this stuff on Google but it's mostly garbage or not related to my stuff
