Tenq payment? Confused

Hi guys, I have just purchased an epad from tenq and paid via paypal, now in my Tenq account it says i have paid by western union and no money has left my paypal account?

I tried ordering it again in case i pressed something wrong but it says the same thing?

Does anyone have any experience with this site.

Have you tried talking to customer service?

Yes, numerous emails sent to them and they have yet to get back to me, i have cancelled the orders now and have gone elsewhere.
