Temporary ban

So Followliker was sending DMs (not that many) and I got a 24 hour DM ban. I didn't notice until it was lifted and I got a second ban. It's been over 48 hours and the ban hasn't been lifted. Is it temporary but longer or is it a permenant ban? Any idea how I can fix it?

I think you just have to wait some more hours
