Doing adsense micro niche websites...

How many websites can i use with 1 template? I mean is it ok if the template is only slightly different for instance same font color, same adsense color, but the side is maybe light green versus green - of course different keywords and headings etc

I don't want to get flagged by google for whatever reason.

IMHO, it`s okay if you have 1000 blog with same theme and same format..
