Temp paypal account with no linking info

hi, im doing some services where i allow paypal f&f as payments, and starting to get a bit bigger orders so want to protect against chargeback since f&f can still be chargedback via banks, can you make a new paypal account with no id/bank card added, on a anti dected browser with proxy, do a couple smaller sales some bigger, exchange to crypto or other (keep balance small) and keep going untill account is blocked, then just create a new or will they got blocked/flagged instantly? is this what a "steatlh account" is? I don't care if it gets blocked aslong as it is able to do a couple transaction before needing more info?

tldr: is it possible to make new paypal accounts with no linking info to send & receive payments (temporarily) before getting blocked/needing verification
