Temp Blocked After 55 Unfollows

I have a problem that is really preventing me from progressing on my instagram account. The account is close to two months old. It has 5.2k followers, and 6.5k following. The problem is whenever I try to unfollow(Followliker), I get temp blocked after unfollowing a small amount of people. Today i checked my account statistics after receiving a temp block, and found out I only unfollowed 55 people. I don't think the problem is with my settings. My settings are:

Unfollow Limit: 2-5
Daily Unfollow: 150-200
Delay Unfollow: 120-180

I've been stuck at 5.2k for 3 weeks because of this problem. I can't unfollow, and that prevents me from following anyone. Any help on the situation would be greatly appreciated.
