Ok so Im new to all this world, and to be honest I just got a really great job offer so even though I planned on doing a lot of IM, I wont be doing anything past January. I still competed 4 Micro niche sites in the past 2 weeks though, hoping to put some adsense on it and maybe an article or two a week (nothing more than 2 hours a week, since I'll be super busy) - but I'd be happy to get acouple bucks a month from it, not hundreds.
I completed almost all the content on 3 of the sites, and the last one is more of a blog but has about 10 articles so far. I have templates that I like enough to move forward on them too. I have a good idea of what wordpress plugins I need, so thats generally ok too. What I am concerned about, is if I am missing anything on the site that is needed to make it a legit site for google and not get banned.. such as Privacy policy or Legal policies..
(keep in mind every piece of content is written by me, 100% original. but I did take some images from google.. so not sure what I have to do to make that legal)
Am I allowed to post the site addresses here?? if I am not, I will edit them out.. but for now, can you give me a rundown on what I need before I put the adsense on these sites and build backlinks?? I'll only show two

(another note; as I said I got a new job so I didnt work SUPER hard on these, basically rushed the articles to get them done ASAP.. I could write much better content but not really interested in MNS's anymore so I just completed the domains I had already bought)
